Welcome!

Living with tinnitus can feel overwhelming — but you don’t have to navigate it alone. This website can connect you with a supportive community of people who understand the unique challenges of living with tinnitus. Whether your symptoms are new or something you’ve been managing for years, you’ll find a space here to learn, share, and feel seen.

On the second Saturday of each month, we host an in-person support group where you can meet others who are also living with tinnitus. These gatherings offer a judgment-free space to talk openly, exchange coping strategies, and find encouragement from people who truly understand what you’re going through. You are welcome just as you are — whether you’re looking to listen, speak, or simply feel less alone.

Explore our site to discover helpful resources, member recommendations, and everything you need to know about joining our monthly meetings. We’re here to support you on your journey — one step, one conversation, and one shared experience at a time.

"I am so thankful for the times I attended in person when I learned about noise machines to help me sleep again!! Use a phone app when I'm working on my projects.  Currently doing an on-line exercise class that uses tai-chi and yoga moves -- Wellen.  Every bit of information you give is helpful and so appreciated. Been avoiding online research on my own -- love that you are a trusted source.

“I am so happy to belong with a group of such caring people.  This Group makes me feel like I'm not alone with this crazy tinnitus I have.  I want to thank this group for accepting me in as a supporter. Love you all."

“Thank you for putting together the support group and for your time that you spent with me afterwards.  I sincerely appreciate the access to meet others that suffer with tinnitus, and also that you and Lynette seem to passionately care about helping your group members.”
